ABOUT
We unite the faith-based community with the community at large in prayer within the following seven areas of our North Marion County:
- Government
- First Responders (Firefighters, Police, etc.)
- Schools (Teachers, Students, Administrators)
- Businesses (within Woodburn, North Marion County, Donald, St. Paul, Gervais)
- Media (Newspapers, TV, Local News, Portland News)
- Churches (Pastors to Members)
- Families (Households)
Our ultimate goal is to have a liaison at each location within each realm (e.g. 1 contact at each school, etc.) . In this way, that person will know what people/things need to be prayed for at each location and can communicate that to the team. The team leaders will then decide which requests need to be prayed for privately or publicly, or if something specific needs to be done, and then communicate those requests out to the rest of the team at large either monthly or as things happen.
WHAT ARE WE DOING NOW?
We have a preliminary prayer team in place and are working on building that team to include people at each place.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for prayer warriors from each faith-based community that will report to the team. We are also looking liaisons at each location within each of the realms.
